NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?  

In the case that you're not 100% satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit upon return of the item. 
Within 7 days of receiving the items, please contact the SPOILT. team at hello@spoiltthelabel.com.au with your order number and our team will be ready to assist you! 

RETURNS POLICY

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased on a sale or with a discount code
  • Worn or used items
  • Items without their original packaging or tags
  • Items that are damaged. (Please take care when trying on any product/s.) 
  • Items without a returns form.

We recommend getting a tracking number when you post your return as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
Store credit will be valid for 6 months. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 
Spoilt. The Label is not held responsible for lost or missing parcels. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and images of the faulty item.
